Raised in Los Angeles, Nelita Villezon is a multi-ethnic wellness leader, martial arts expert, and movement coach with deep roots in Filipino martial arts. Trained by her father, Erwin Villezon, a student of Guru Dan Inosanto. She holds decades of experience in Eskrima, Jeet Kune Do, Muay Thai, Tae Kwon Do, Wushu, Northern Shaolin, and other traditional systems.
